• The Gerken Family is dedicated to offering tenants the most up-to-date apartments and houses in the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area.  All apartments and houses that are listed on our website are owned and managed by the Gerken Family.

       Gerken Rentals started out in 1978 as a personal hobby.  Over 20 years later, Gerken Rentals has become a family business, expanding from Sioux Falls to Beresford, SD.
